The undertaker is responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of a motorists early warning notification system which may include deployment of variable message signing, email alerts and use of social media to convey any likely disruption to users of the new bridge and the river due to new bridge openings and to be provided at no cost to the GYPA.E+W+S
