The undertaker, must, as soon as reasonably practicable following the making of this Order, establish on a website maintained by the undertaker a register of those requirements contained in Part 1 of this Schedule that include provision for a specified consent.

Where a specified consent has been granted, the register must provide a copy of it.

The register must be maintained by the undertaker for a period of least 3 years following the opening of the authorised development to public use.
