S.I. 2017/1206, to which there are amendments not relevant to this instrument; the instrument was saved by virtue of section 2(2)(a) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018. Amendments extending to Great Britain only are made prospectively with effect from IP completion day, by S.I. 2019/696.
