3.  Schedule 2 makes amendments to the Noise Emission in the Environment by Equipment for use Outdoors Regulations 2001(1).

S.I. 2001/1701, as amended by S.I. 2005/3525, S.I. 2008/1597, S.I. 2011/1043, S.I. 2015/98 and saved by virtue of section 2(2)(a) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018. Amendments extending to Great Britain only are also made prospectively, with effect from IP completion day, by S.I. 2019/696.
