CHAPTER 6Amendment of Commission Regulation on sailplanes

Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/1976 (sailplanes)

85.  Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/1976 of 14 December 2018 laying down detailed rules for the operation of sailplanes as well as for the flight crew licensing of sailplanes pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 of the European Parliament and of the Council is amended in accordance with regulations 86 to 91.

Amendment of Article 2 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/1976

86.  In Article 2 (definitions), in point (11), for “pilot licence issued by a Member State in accordance with national legislation” substitute “certificate issued by the British Gliding Association”.

Amendment of Article 3a of Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/1976

87.  In Article 3a (pilot licences and medical certification), in paragraph 3—
