Amendment of Part 4, Chapter 2 (continuing airworthiness)

23.  In regulation 256(4) (amendment of Subpart A of Section B of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014)—

(a) for sub-paragraph (b)(ii), substitute—

“(ii) omit point (7)”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (c)(i) for ““Member State”” substitute ““competent authority””.
