(a)in paragraphs (2)(b)(v) and (c)(iii), for ““EASA Form 11 Issue 5”” substitute ““EASA Form 11 Issue 6””;
(b)in paragraph (3)—
(i)omit sub-paragraph (a);
(ii)in sub-paragraph (b)(ii), for ““EASA Form 148 Issue 2”” substitute ““EASA Form 148 Issue 3””;
(iii)in sub-paragraph (c)(ii), for ““EASA Form 149 Issue 3”” substitute ““EASA Form 149 Issue 4””.
