3. In regulation 20(4) (amendment of Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No 2111/2005)—
(a)in paragraph (4)(d), for “The Commission may modify the Annex” substitute “The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 14a amending the Annex in order to modify the common criteria”;
(b)omit sub-paragraph (e).
