63.—(1) Article 9b (review) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1—
(a)in the first place it occurs, for “Agency” substitute “CAA”;
(b)omit the words from “No later than” to “of this review.”;
(c)omit “, with the assistance of Member States,”.
(3) In paragraph 2—
(a)in the first paragraph, in both places it occurs, for “Agency” substitute “CAA”;
(b)in the second paragraph, omit “, with the assistance of Member States and the Agency,”.
