Amendment of Part 4, Chapter 1 (initial airworthiness)

7.  In regulation 203 (amendment of Subpart J of Section A of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012)—

(a) omit paragraph (3);

(b) in paragraph (5)—

(i) omit sub-paragraph (a);

(ii) for sub-paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b) in point (c), for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.”;

(c) in paragraph (6), for “both places” substitute “each place”.
