(2) In paragraphs 1 and 2, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
(3) In paragraph 3, for “a Member State” substitute “the CAA”.
(4) In paragraph 4, in both places it occurs, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
(5) In paragraph 5—
(a)in the first place it occurs, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;
