Amendment of Annex 3 to Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/395

84.—(1) Annex 3 (Part-BFCL) is amended as follows.

(2) In Subpart GEN—

(a)omit point BFCL.005;

(b)in point BFCL.015—

(i)in point (a)—

(aa)for “the competent authority” substitute “the CAA”;

(bb)for “that competent authority” substitute “the CAA”;

(ii)in point (c), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(iii)omit points (e) and (f);

(c)in points BFCL.045(c), BFCL.050 and BFCL.070, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(3) In Subpart BPL, omit point BFCL.135(b)(1).
