Amendment of Annex 3 to Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/395

84.—(1) Annex 3 (Part-BFCL) is amended as follows.

(2) In Subpart GEN—

(a) omit point BFCL.005;

(b) in point BFCL.015—

(i) in point (a)—

(aa) for “the competent authority” substitute “the CAA”;

(bb) for “that competent authority” substitute “the CAA”;

(ii) in point (c), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(iii) omit points (e) and (f);
