Application of the Pilotage Act 1987

2. The Pilotage Act 1987 shall apply to the Harwich Haven Authority as if their harbour included the area contained by a line drawn between the following points—
(a)latitude 51º55’N, longitude 01º12’E;
(b)latitude 51º55’N, longitude 01º15’E;
(c)latitude 51º51’N, longitude 01º15’E; and
(d)latitude 51º51’N, longitude 01º12’E.
