Amendment of Schedule 810

Schedule 8 (which sets out the modifications subject to which the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc.) Act 2004 extends to the Isle of Man) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 1, after sub-paragraph (3) insert—

In subsections (4)(b) and (5)(b), for “the EU Treaties” substitute “retained EU law”.
