These Regulations may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2020.

Subject to paragraph (3) and (4), these Regulations come into force on 3rd December 2020.

Regulations 3 and 12(1), (2) and (5) come into force on 6th April 2021.

Regulation 4 comes into force on 1st January 2021.
