SCHEDULE 1 AUTHORISED WORKS

In the following table—

“the 1853 Act” means the Midland Railway (Leicester and Hitchin) Act 1853(1);

“the 1873 Act” means the Midland Railway (Additional Powers) Act 1873(2);

“the 1876 Act” means the Midland Railway (New Works, &c.) Act 1876(3);

“the 1845 Clauses Act” means the Railways Clauses Consolidation Act 1845(4).
