SCHEDULE 2 Modifications to be made in the extension of the Burma (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 to each British overseas territory listed in Schedule 1

25.  In regulation 37 (licences: general provisions)—

(a) in paragraph (1), for “Treasury licences” substitute “financial sanctions licences”;

(b) in paragraph (5), after “a licence may” insert “, with the consent of the Secretary of State,”.
