Amendment of the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008 U.K.

18.—(1) The Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008 M1 is amended as follows.

(2) In section 130 (designation for purposes of special immigration status) M2 , in subsection (5), omit paragraph (b) (and the “or” before it).

(3) In section 136 (end of designation) M3 —

(a) in subsection (1), omit paragraph (b);

(b) in subsection (3), omit “or (b)”.
