2. For the purposes of the provisions specified in paragraph 3 the provisions of the EEA Regulations 2016 specified in paragraph 4 continue to have effect in relation to a person who is a member of the post-transition period group, with the specified modifications, despite the revocation of those Regulations by the 2020 Act.U.K.
