These Regulations may be cited as the Environment (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.

This regulation and regulations 2 and 3 come into force 21 days after the day on which the Regulations are laid.

Regulations 4, 5 and 6 come into force immediately before IP completion day.
