SCHEDULE U.K. TRANSITIONAL PROVISION

PART 1 U.K. CONVERSION AND CANCELLATION OF EXISTING BEARER SHARES IN OPEN-ENDED INVESTMENT COMPANIES ON OR BEFORE 1 JANUARY 2022

Meaning of “outstanding bearer share” and “the surrender year” U.K.

2.  In this Part— U.K.

“outstanding bearer share” means a bearer share which has been issued by an open-ended investment company before the surrender year and has not been cancelled;

“the surrender year” means the year beginning with the end of 1 January 2021.
