The Family Procedure Rule Committee makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(2) of the Senior Courts Act 19811 and sections 67B, 75 and 76 of the Courts Act 20032, after consulting in accordance with section 79(1) of the Courts Act 2003:
