24.  In regulation 70—

(a) in paragraph (1)—

(i) omit sub-paragraphs (b) and (c),

(ii) in sub-paragraph (f), omit “or an aviation emissions plan”,

(iii) omit sub-paragraphs (g) and (h);

(b) in paragraph (2), for “£1,000” substitute “£50,000”.
