These Regulations may be cited as the Pesticides (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.

These Regulations come into force on IP completion day, except as provided in paragraphs (3) and (4).

The following provisions come into force immediately before the coming into force of regulation 3 of the Environment (Miscellaneous Amendments and Revocations) (EU Exit) Regulations 20192—
a
this regulation; and
b
in Chapter 1 of Part 3, regulations 4(1) and (2) and 7(1) and (2).

The rest of Chapter 1 of Part 3 comes into force immediately before IP completion day.
