62.  In paragraph 63(1) of Schedule 1 to the International Accounting Standards and European Public Limited-Liability Company (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019(1), for “last amended by Regulation (EU) 2019/2099 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019” substitute “it forms part of retained EU law”.
