10.—(1) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2019/1587 prohibiting the introduction into the Union of specimens of certain species of wild fauna and flora in accordance with Council Regulation (EC) No 338/97 on the protection of species of wild fauna and flora by regulating trade therein is amended as follows.
(2) In the heading to the Regulation, for “the Union” substitute “Great Britain”.
(3) In Article 1, for “the Union” substitute “Great Britain”.
(4) Omit Articles 2 and 3.
(5) After Article 3, omit “This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States”.
(6) In the headings to both tables in the Annex, for “Union” substitute “United Kingdom”.
