The Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 20128 are amended as follows.

In regulation 36A(2) (definition of “the relevant period”), for “31st December 2020” substitute “31st December 2021”.

In Schedule 2, in paragraph 1(2) (definition of “the relevant authority”), for “or (c)” substitute “, (c) or (d)”.
