Amendment of the Capital Requirements Regulations 2013

7.  In regulation 34 of the Capital Requirements Regulations 2013(1)—

(a) in paragraph (3)—

(i) at the end of sub-paragraph (b), insert “and”;

(ii) at the end of sub-paragraph (c), omit “and”;

(iii) omit sub-paragraph (d);

(b) after paragraph (3), insert—

“(3A) In making the assessment required by paragraph (3), the FCA must also take into account their assessment of systemic risk.”
