Amendment relating to revocation of retained EU law

35.  In regulation 119 (revocation of retained EU law relating to the Schengen information system (SIS II)), in paragraph (2)—

(a)for the text before sub-paragraph (a) substitute “The following are revoked (but see Article 63(1)(e) of the withdrawal agreement, Article 52(c) of the EEA EFTA separation agreement and sections 7A to 7C of the Withdrawal Act)”;

(b)after paragraph (g), insert—

(h)Regulation (EU) 2018/1862 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 November 2018 on the establishment, operation and use of the Schengen Information System (SIS) in the field of police cooperation and judicial cooperation in criminal matters, amending and repealing Council Decision 2007/533/JHA, and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1986/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Decision 2010/261/EU(1)..
