(c) paragraph 5;

(d) paragraph 13(2);

(e) paragraph 17(2);

(f) paragraph 21(2);

(g) paragraph 23(3);

(h) paragraph 31(5);

(i) paragraph 37;

(j) in paragraph 40, the words “and (3)”;

(k) paragraph 45(4).

(3) In Schedule 2, omit paragraph 1.
