1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Charges to Overseas Visitors) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.
(2) Except as provided in paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force on IP completion day.
(3) Regulation 10 comes into force immediately before IP completion day.
