The country of origin in relation to goods subject to a quota is the country of origin specified in column 3 of the Quota Table corresponding with the quota number in the corresponding row of that Table (“country of origin”).

Where a country of origin is specified in relation to goods subject to a quota, the goods concerned are goods which originate from that country.
