1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Product Safety and Metrology etc. (Amendment etc.) (UK(NI) Indication) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.
(2) Except as provided in paragraphs (3) to (5), these Regulations come into force on IP completion day.
(3) This Part and Part 6 come into force immediately before the coming into force of regulation 2(1) of the Product Safety and Metrology (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020(1).
(4) Part 4 comes into force immediately before IP completion day.
(5) Part 5 comes into force immediately before the coming into force of regulation 10 of the Product Safety, Metrology and Mutual Recognition Agreement (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019(2).
S.I. 2019/1246; amendments were made by S.I. 2020/852 but some of those amendments are being omitted by this instrument.
