The Zoonotic Disease Eradication and Control (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 201911 are amended as follows.

In regulation 3—
a
in paragraph (3)(b)(ii), for inserted points (d) and (e) substitute—

‘constituent territory’ means England, Wales or Scotland, as the case may be;

‘third country’ means a country or territory outside the British Islands;
