148.  In regulation 194 (amendment of regulation 249 (restrictions on persons to be supplied with medicinal products)), for paragraphs (b) and (c) substitute— U.K.

“(b) after sub-paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa) an EU marketing authorisation;”.”;
