27.—(1) The Offshore Environmental Civil Sanctions Regulations 2018 M1 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2, in the definition of “relevant permit”, after (c), insert—
“(d)the Secretary of State's agreement to the grant of consent pursuant to the Offshore Oil and Gas Exploration, Production, Unloading and Storage (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2020;”.
(3) In the Schedule, after paragraph 5, insert—
“6. The Offshore Oil and Gas Exploration, Production, Unloading and Storage (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2020
