The Air Traffic Management (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

9.—(1) The Air Traffic Management (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019(1) are amended as follows.

(2) For regulation 58(4) substitute—

“(4) In paragraph 2 omit “established in the Community” and “EC”.”

(3) In regulation 58(6) omit “established in the United Kingdom”.
