Amendment of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Designated Sites) Order 2005

2.—(1) The Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Designated Sites) Order 2005(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In the Schedule—

(a) in the appropriate places insert—

(i) “Defence Science and Technology Laboratory, Porton Down”;

(ii) “RAF Molesworth”;

(iii) “RAF Waddington”;

(b) omit “Sea Mounting Centre Marchwood”.
