Amendments to the 2020 Order3

The 2020 Order is amended as follows.

In the heading to article 1, omit “and commencement”.

In article 2, for the definition of “electronic transmission”, substitute—
“electronic transmission” means a communication transmitted—
- a
by means of an electronic communications network; or
- b
by other means but while in electronic form,
and in this definition “electronic communications network” has the same meaning as in section 32(1) (meaning of electronic communications networks and services) of the Communications Act 20034;.

In each place where it occurs in articles 3(1), 6(1)(b) 7(1)(a)(i), (3)(a) and (12) and 8(2)(c), for “column (2)”, substitute “columns (1) and (2)”.
