9.—(1) The Schedule to the Customs (Contravention of a Relevant Rule) Regulations 2003 M1 is amended as follows.
(2) In the table in the Schedule, after the entry for regulation 131F(4) M2 under the heading “Unaccompanied Goods” insert—
