45.—(1) The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) (EU Exit) (No. 2) Regulations 2019 M1 are amended as follows.

(2) Omit regulation 62 (revocation of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/331).
