The Sanctions Review Procedure (EU Exit) Regulations 20185 as amended from time to time extend, with the modifications specified in Schedule 4, to each British overseas territory listed in Schedule 1 for the purposes of the Counter-Terrorism (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (as modified and extended to the territories by this Order).
