Amendment of the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 20193.

In regulation 26 of the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 20193, in the new section 15C(2)(c) to be inserted into the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 19824 (jurisdiction in relation to individual contracts of employment)—

(a)

after “any one part of the United Kingdom” insert “or any one overseas country”;

(b)

after “employee is” insert “or was”.
