Regulations made under Article 9 are to be made by statutory instrument.

A statutory instrument made by the Secretary of State under Article 9 is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.

Regulations made under Article 9 may—

a

make different provision for different purposes or areas;

b

include supplementary, incidental or consequential provision;

c

make transitional, transitory or saving provision.
