Amendment of the Customs (Crown Dependencies Customs Union) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019U.K.

8.—(1) The Customs (Crown Dependencies Customs Union) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 7 (Crown Dependencies: modification of UK Customs provisions) after paragraph (3) insert—

“(4) In regulation 16E(1)(a)(i) of the Customs (Northern Ireland) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 (eligibility criteria), the reference to “established in the United Kingdom” shall be read as a reference to established in any of the territories included in the United Kingdom-Crown Dependencies Custom union.”.
