These Regulations may be cited as the Official Controls (Animals, Feed and Food, Plant Health etc.) (Amendment) (EU Exit) (No. 2) Regulations 2020.

They come into force on IP completion day, except this regulation and regulations 4, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, which come into force immediately before IP completion day.

Regulations 2 and 9(2) and (3) apply in relation to England only.

Regulation 3 does not extend to England and Wales.
