17.—(1) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/628 concerning model official certificates for certain animals and goods and amending Regulation (EC) No 2074/2005 and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/759 as regards these model certificates M1 is amended as follows.
(2) For “IMSOC”, in each place where it occurs (including headings to Articles), substitute “ the appropriate computerised information management system ”.
(3) In Article 1(2)—
(a)in the words before point (a), for “sets out” substitute “ makes provision for ”;
(b)in points (a) and (b), for “the Union” substitute “ Great Britain ”.
(4) In Article 2, after point (37) insert—
“(38) ‘appropriate computerised information management system’ means the computerised information management system for official controls referred to in Article 131 of Regulation (EU) 2017/625;
(39) ‘the appropriate authority’ means the appropriate authority as defined in Article 3(2A) of Regulation (EU) 2017/625;
(40) ‘entry into Great Britain’ means entry into Great Britain as defined in Article 3(40) of Regulation (EU) 2017/625;
(41) ‘third country’ means third country as defined in Article 3(2D) of Regulation (EU) 2017/625;
(42) ‘British fishing vessel’ means a fishing vessel registered in the United Kingdom under Part 2 of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995 for which entry in the register specifies a port in Great Britain as the port to which the vessel is to be treated as belonging.”.

(7) For Article 6 substitute—
The appropriate authority may from time to time publish on its website guidance on the completion of the model official certificates referred to in Articles 12, 13 and 15 to 27.”.
