These Regulations may be cited as the Agricultural Products, Food and Drink (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.

Subject to paragraphs (3) and (4), an amendment or revocation made by these Regulations has the same extent as the provision being amended or revoked.

Regulations 10 to 12 extend to Great Britain.

Regulations 13 to 15 extend to Northern Ireland.

This regulation and regulation 2 come into force—
a
on the 21st day after the day on which these Regulations are made, or
b
if earlier, immediately before IP completion day.

Part 3 comes into force immediately before IP completion day.

Except as provided for in paragraphs (5) and (6), these Regulations come into force on IP completion day.
