(1)
Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a common organisation of the markets in agricultural products6 is amended as follows.

In Article 90, after paragraph 3 insert—
“4.
Paragraph 3 does not apply to products imported from the European Union until the end of the period of 6 months beginning on the day after that on which IP completion day falls provided that the products comply with paragraph 1.”.
(3)
After Article 102b insert the new articles 102c and 102d in Schedule 2.
